Improving Business Strategy
A crucial element to the success of every organisation is its people. If the right people are in the right job and performing well, the business has an increased chance of success. More often than not, we rely on our interviewing skills to assess the credibility and suitability of each candidate for a new position. There are occasions however when the person employed does not grow in to the role as expected and this can cause issues in terms of productivity, motivation and satisfaction from both sides.
There are tools available (called Profile XT) which are simple to use, and assess the "soft skills" of potential employees, such as thinking style (can they do the job?), behavioural traits (how will they do the job?) and occupational traits (will the job keep them interested?). These accurate tests allows each candidate to answer a number of questions on-line, alongside the interview process, to provide you with qualified information to enable you to make an informed selection.
